I'm looking for a skilled drone videographer to help showcase a 47-acre piece of land. The primary purpose of this video is to highlight the topography and layout of the land, the surrounding area, and the property boundaries.
The property dates back to the early 1900s, and is tied the namesake of the mountain. sadly the property was damaged by wildfire in 2007, and subsequently abandoned and semi-demolished. the video will support redeveloping the old ranch house.
Key elements to cover:
- Topography and layout of the land
- The surrounding area and 360 views
- Property boundaries
- Hiking trails that incircle and interest the property.
The video will be used to support the redevelopment of the property that was damaged by wildfire, so it needs to be professionally done, engaging, and highlight terrain, unique elements and the expanse of the of the property.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in drone videography, particularly for real estate
- Ability to create engaging and professional promotional content
- Knowledge of the best filming techniques to highlight topography and layout
- Experience in covering large areas with drone footage
- Excellent editing skills to create a final product that is ready for promotion
