Lead the project controls department of the company to implement infrastructure projects within West Bank and Gaza strip. Preparation of project Baseline CPM schedule. updating the original CPM schedule. Preparation of Time Impact Analysis. Preparation of revised CPM schedule based on the approved variation orders. Preparation of recovery plan. Preparation of procurement schedule. Preparation of quantity measurement sheets Take-off sheets. preparation of variation order requests.

• Review of Baseline schedule in accordance to contract documents. • Update overall Baseline Project Schedule weekly from B&V, Owner, and contractor input. • Review and analyze the Baseline Project Schedule critical path. • Provide feedback to the Project Manager on issues affecting the schedule. • Integrate the individual contractor schedule into the overall Baseline Project Schedule to reflect changes made in variation orders. • Perform cost estimating for contract changes.

• Maintains a daily log for site record purposes. • perform quantity take-offs as required to support construction planning and invoice approval. • Reviews all subcontractor progress payment requests for acceptance. • Assists Quality Controls Manager in performing inspections and verification of tests. • Adheres to safety and quality standards as appropriate for the level of duties and accountabilities.
