The job was intended to process LIDAR point cloud data for sub sampling and labelling to be used as input for a Machine Learning pipeline. Input point cloud data in LASer format of a palm tree orchard was processed in CloudCompare software. Complete area was subsampled into smaller regions based on point density and exported in PLY format. Individual trees were identified, labelled and depicted in random color. Final output was exported in ASCII text format with location and classification attributes of each point.
