Dashboard: Centralized overview of leads, revenue, and enrolments.
Lead Tracking: Monthly lead sources (SEO, Social Media, References), conversion ratios, and revenue details.
Revenue Tracking: Total revenue, average revenue per student, and location/counsellor-wise enrolment.
Placement Metrics: Placement ratio overall and by coordinator; companies added for placement.
Lead Management:
Lead Sources: Integrate with social media, SEO, LinkedIn, references, partners, seminars, webinars, quizzes, and job postings.
Lead Dashboard: Visual funnel for lead tracking (clicks, conversions).
Lead Distribution: Auto-distribute to counsellors; track lead statuses (converted, in progress, etc.).
Call Recording: Record calls and manage system-wide calling activity.
Student Enrolment Form:
Student Details: Capture personal info, academic history, counsellor info, documents (resume, ID, etc.), and generate student IDs.
Fee Management:
Fee Tracking: Applicable fee, discounts, instalments, balance due, payment methods, and receipts.
Automatic Reminders: Email reminders for payment due dates, and dashboard to track payment statuses.
Training Structure:
Schedule & Notification: Training schedules, notifications via email, dashboard, and Google Calendar integration.
Study Material: Upload PDF, Excel documents, and videos.
Assignments:
Topic-Wise Assignment: View and submit assignments with a progress bar. Admin can monitor submission timelines and provide feedback.
Internship Management:
Stipend Criteria: Assign internships based on criteria with reporting and presentation requirements.
Employee Management:
Employee Records: Track attendance, qualifications, KPIs, and generate automated salary slips.
Expense Management: Record expenses (salary, rent, utilities, etc.) with filters and reporting.
Online Exam Module:
Exam Creation: Manage online exams and results for students.
Formats Required:
