We are looking to build a website with below requirements in mind: HL 1 – We want a website with capacity / feature of data entry. HL 2 – The data can be stored in the back end in different categories. HL 3 – Canada Post Addresses integration into the system. HL 4 – Identity Verification system HL 5 – Systematic Algorithm to update and reflect all the data entered / stored by users but first verified by the team to be published (Meaning – We could have 10 Ben's coming in and writing reviews, we want a person to verify that Ben was a unique entry). Once done we want this algorithm to publish the results live. HL 6 – We want login credential feature. HL 7 – If you login it doesn’t mean you have access to information. HL 8 – Customer can purchase feature as a guest or as a member (So they can do it without being a member, just as a guest). HL 9 – Ability to have paid ads in the layouts. PRICING GUIDE (TENTATIVE - Subject to change) Pricing 1 To show very high level rating for the building (Example - Building – Tandem 1 - Building Rating is 3.4). If they want more information (category results) have to pay per building $25. In this requirement – no print or screen shot is allowed. Pricing 2 - Shows you some information and this information will last for 1 minute (system shows for a period of time and them archived back into system). 1 request Pricing 3 – 3 requests can be printed and screenshot (Price is 3x of price 2) Price 4 – (could be golden membership) – Should be minimum 6x price of Pricing 3. Upto 20 requests and can be printed, screenshot in different cities. This gives access to buildings in different cities. Price 5 (Platinum Structure) – It’s a membership (not a 1 time fee) – Can pull whatever information they want. *Each purchase – There is a time limit of 1 month. Reason Updates on the places are always live / changing. **Please carefully review above requirements and provide your project cost estimates! We will consider candidates who have project work experience / portfolio with the above work only!! If you don't have any work experience similar to above requirements please don't apply.**
