As a full-time customer service agent, your primary responsibility will be providing phone support to our Russian-speaking clientele in the Software/IT industry. This role will also require you to handle technical support inquiries, thus a solid understanding of software and IT concepts is necessary.
Ideal Skills:
- Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the Software/IT industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to handle technical support inquiries
- Patience and empathy to understand customer concerns
- Ability to work full-time

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
