Key Responsibilities:
Simulation & Prototyping:
Develop and refine robotic models and systems using Gazebo simulation software, ensuring precise behavior and functionality in virtual environments.
CAD & SolidWorks Design:
Create and modify detailed 3D models and mechanical designs for robotic parts and systems using CAD tools and SolidWorks. Collaborate with other engineers to ensure designs meet technical specifications and production requirements.
Python Programming:
Write, debug, and optimize Python scripts for controlling robotic systems, data analysis, and integrating various hardware components. Develop automation scripts for simulation and testing purposes.
Robotic Systems Integration:
Work on integrating software algorithms with mechanical systems, ensuring seamless interaction between hardware and software components.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to achieve project goals. Document designs, simulation setups, and processes for future reference and improvement.
Testing & Optimization:
Conduct tests on both simulated and physical systems, analyze performance, and make iterative improvements to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
