Auto Complete text box.

I need to create an auto complete text box that does the following;

Auto complete need to be template based and pull from (2) separate tables with the first table (agents) to always be first as seen in this example url;

[url removed, login to view] (type in any letter etc.)

I own a real estate wordpress plugin so I will need the following added so that I can release this as a new feature;

1). Need to build settings options in our admin panel to allow searching of up to (any) of maximum of 4 columns within the listings table to be queried.

2). Need to simply add the template for this to our existing templates directory so that our customers can tweak and modify as needed.

This may seem like a larger task than it is but believe me its NOT going to be that difficult since I am going to be available to walk you through everything and show you where everything is in the code as well as providing you with all the help as needed via skype.

I have put this out as a "Simple Project" based on the fact that any decent programmer should be able to knock this out for me (with my help) in less than max - 8-10 hrs. I am the owner of the real estate plugin and have been developing and selling our product since 2007, so I am fully aware of time estimates - however I do know that there may be a extra hr or 2 for someone to get in and understand our code layout etc thus I am available for all of that to help speed up that process and I will absolutely pay more if and when it is ever needed.

I also have several other mini-projects (features) that I also need someone to do including adding in a new maps module etc.
