Share popup window to 2 Wordpress webs

We installed Wordpress on two different domains for education webs which will be free. We need to this solution. All described below we need to set up from you as one solution on key. We want to add some question or some education problem to website (we wnat to add more different question to another website anytime) and then Than there will be a button, for show the correct answer and commentary of correct anwer. And when somebody click on it will be shown the correct answer but popup window will be shown, so the correct answerl will not be seen and the popup window will be with some text and the main thing is that when somebody want to show correct answer he have to click on … facebook share button, goggle plus botton, instagram share button or twiter button …. Facebook share button is priority (we dont want like botton) … this bottons will be shown on popup widow, wich cant to be closed, and after share the answer will be shown. (we want to have possible to set up what exactly which text, pisture and link will be share different for each website). In addtional, after shown the answer will be shown popup again for subscibe of email and confirm of terms of conditions, but this popup window can be close and it should be shown only people who will not subcribed yet. This solution we need to add to both two domain webs. Same solution. Please offer the proce wich will be final for solution for both domain webs.
