Hi 1. your emlid phone software for surveying will give you coordinate system options. You need to choose what your client needs from the list provided 2. 5 gcps with RTK NTRIP corrections is fine for most jobs 3 what does your client need. Italy RDN 2008 UTM zone or some other coordinate system. That is very important for you to ask. I dont use WebODM. I understand it is open source and free. I use PIx4d. But can guide you through WebODM for procesing an ortho if you can share your screen.
