I am looking for a developer (or small team) to help create a basic version of a self-driving tour app. This app will provide GPS navigation and audio-guided tours for travelers. We want to start with a simple, functional product and improve it over time as it gains traction.

To motivate the right person, I’m offering short-term performance-based incentives in addition to the development fee.
