Job Title: Experienced Architect for ERP Software Development (Retail Focus)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced architect to design and develop a comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, targeting small and medium-sized retail businesses. The software will focus on POS, invoicing and billing generation, inventory management, accounting, and financial reporting, similar to myBillBook.

Responsibilities:

Develop a detailed architecture for a cloud-based ERP system.

Integrate key modules including POS, invoicing, billing generation, inventory management, accounting, and financial reporting.

Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across all modules.

Create detailed documentation and workflows for the entire system.

Develop a user-friendly interface that meets the needs of small and medium-sized retail businesses.

Key Features to Implement:

POS Integration: Simplify in-store sales, synchronize inventory and sales data.

Invoicing and Billing: Generate and customize invoices, manage recurring bills, track payments.

Inventory Management: Get low-stock alerts, automate reordering, track stock movement.

Accounting and Financial Reporting: Manage income, expenses, budgets, automate tax compliance, generate financial reports.

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and developing ERP systems, particularly for the retail sector.

Strong understanding of retail business processes and requirements.

Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to create detailed technical documentation and workflows.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions.

Familiarity with myBillBook or similar software.

Knowledge of tax compliance processes, including GST.
