Simpel project voor iemand die in Nederland woont en briefpost kan ontvangen, vervolgens zal de post 1 of 2 keer per maand via PostNL worden verzonden naar buitenland als briefpost. Je ontvangt alle kosten voor het verzenden en ompakken (bubbel envelop) vergoed en een toelage voor de dienst. Automatic job description: Freelancer should be proficient in managing and organizing mail professionally. The nature of the project will require you to: • Receive physical letters and document online about the date of arrival and name on letter. • You don't need to categorize the letters just bundle. • After bundling, the letters have to be dispatched on a monthly basis, likely 1-2 times. Experience with PostNL would be preferred, as the service will be our prime method of dispatching these letters. Potential freelancers must be punctual, meticulous, and possess strong organizational and administrative skills. Furthermore, prior experience in mail management and professional communication is desired. A basic understanding of the Dutch language would be beneficial.
