Key Deliverables:

3. PE (Professional Engineer) stamping for project certification.

4. Complete plumbing plans with appropriate stamp.

The engineer's calculation sheet should include the size and location of the grease trap installation under the sink. Ideally, you have a strong background in plumbing design, and environmental engineering and are proficient in Texas state code compliance. Your expertise will ensure the project meets all necessary local municipal codes and standards.
