This project involves building an MVC + .NET 9 application for video streaming with the following features:

Video Listing and Playback:

List all videos available on the file server.

Allow users to play any video of their choice using either Direct Streaming or WebRTC (configurable).

Real-Time Notifications:

Use SignalR to notify users whenever a new video is uploaded.

Automatically play the newly uploaded video immediately after receiving the notification, using the configured streaming method (Direct Streaming or WebRTC).

Audio Recording:

If a user wants to speak, they can click the "Speak Now" button to:

Pause video streaming.

Open the microphone and start recording audio.

Once recording is stopped, the audio file is uploaded and stored on the file server.

Playback Resumption:

After successfully storing the audio recording, check for any new videos uploaded via SignalR.

If new videos are available, start streaming them immediately (using the configured method).

Full-Cycle Functionality:

Ensure the entire workflow—video streaming, audio recording, and new video notifications—works seamlessly.

The application should be business-ready, fully tested, and prepared for a demonstration.

This streamlined application combines video streaming, real-time updates, and audio interaction into a cohesive and configurable solution.
