I have worked on the Delivery Team for one of the top Email Service Providers in the industry since early 2010 as an Email Delivery Specialist/Senior Email Delivery Analyst/Delivery Manager; I am the Email Delivery Manager for some of our top clients (as well as smaller clients) and I work with them to get them optimal inbox delivery rates and maximize user engagement.
As well as my dedicated accounts, I assist all of our customers on everything delivery related - blacklist removal/avoidance, block list removal/avoidance, ISP mitigation, etc.
I also have a large role in on-boarding our new clients, getting them enrolled in FBLs/whitelists, and ramping (warming) them up to production volume while maintaining high inbox delivery rates, and advising on how to maintain optimal delivery rates moving forward.
