Wir suchen Verstärkung. Eine virtuelle Assistentin für Vertriebs- und Admin.-aufgaben insbesondere im Lead Genierungsprozess. Hauptaufgaben: - Vertriebsadministration mit Schwerpunkt auf Vertrieb: Kundenservice, Beratung, Muster-Organisation. - Wir arbeiten mit dem Zoho CRM System. Ideale Fähigkeiten: - Erfahrung in der Vertriebsadministration - Freude am Dienstleisten - Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail - Sprachen: deutsch fliesdend, sehr gute Kenntnisse. Engl. Mündl und schriftlich. Du wohnst in der Nähe der Schweiz (Österreich/Vorarlberg, DE Baden Würtenberg). Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in der Vertriebsverwaltung, Interessenten und Kunden beratest du gerne, auch mal per Videocall oder Telefon. Deine Haltung: Ich gebe mein Bestes und gehe gerne die Extrameile für gutes Gelingen. Du hast eine kaufmännische Basis, Du arbeitest gerne sorgfältig. Und können wir uns auf dich verlassen? Wenn du klar sagst, ja das bin ich. Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Zuschrift. Wir suchen eine tolle Auftragnehmerin, ein neues Mitglied unseres LODRESSO Teams. Arbeitszeit nach Einarbeitung Montag bis und mit Donnerstag. Du übernimmst das Muster Lager. Das bedeutet, du bist digital ausgerüstet, für die Muster hast du Platz, du bist eingerichtet für den Versand und dir Rücknahme von Mustern. Wir sind alle 40+, du darfst gerne auch jung und voller Bereitschaft sein. Melde dich gerne bei uns. Per 1. Oktober suchen wir Verstärkung. Start gerne auch früher.
