Interactive 3D Globe App Developer Needed

I am seeking an experienced developer to create a stunning, interactive 3D globe component based on the provided design. This component will be a key feature of my app, so high-quality coding practices and attention to detail are crucial. Below are the specific requirements and expectations for the development: Key Features and Requirements: Holographic 3D Globe: The globe should be holographic, translucent, and emit a blue glow similar to the example provided. It should rotate slowly on its axis to create a dynamic visual effect. The globe should be draggable, allowing users to rotate it in any direction to view all sides. Satellite Representation: Satellites should be represented as colored, glowing dots around the globe. The enclosing app should be able to specify the position (xyz) and color of the dots. The component must support programmatically adding satellites at defined distances from the globe. Each satellite should be clickable, triggering an event that emits relevant metadata about the selected satellite. The satellite dots should be animatable, to emit a pulsing glow of a specified color when the satellite is in a state defined by the enclosing app (i.e. an alert state or a selected state). Platform Design: The platform beneath the globe should have interlocking pieces that rotate at various speeds and in different directions. The platform should cast a subtle glow that illuminates the globe above. Ensure the platform animation is independent of the globe so it can be reused with other 3D objects. Event Integration: Include an event system that responds when a row in an accompanying data table is clicked, rotating the globe to center on the corresponding satellite.
