I need a talented artist to create a realistic concept chalk drawing of a new building, which we are starting construction on. This drawing will be used to advertise the building at the construction site and on Social Media.

Key Requirements:
- The building must be the the included rendering of the building we are building. Not random images found online.
- The drawing should incorporate elements of the surrounding landscape (it is in a forest) and a couple of dogs playing.
- The design should be realistic, providing a true-to-life representation of the building and its environment.
- Needs to include the the business Name: Forever Pawsitive K9 Academy (fpk9.com)
- Could also include the building name: Forest School and Boarding

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience with large-scale chalk drawings
- A portfolio showcasing realistic style drawings
- Ability to incorporate specific elements into a cohesive design
- Understanding of creating visually appealing pieces for public display
