Chemist Needed for Aquatic Supplement Formula

I have a prototype of an aquatic supplement that requires a chemist's expertise for further development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in formula development, stability testing, and assisting with regulatory approval. ALSO, experience with aquatic needs of fresh water invertebrates and snails! (Neocaridina and Caridina shrimp, mystery snails, ramshorns snails, etc.) The goal is to refine the current prototype into a commercially viable product. My customers already love it! Ive never understood why companies would charge new businesses a ton of money when we could sign a contract and you could prove your skills to allow us to pay you a monthly fee. I have a decent amount of sales monthly so we could work something out. I have social media and e-commerce sites that you can check out before agreeing to see that I've been doing great and just need this little extra help. It doesn't have to be a fast-paced job we could take things one step at a time and I'm loyal and will make sure you are compensated way above anyone else if this works out. I know from my experience this is a niche product that is missing from the Aquatic Market!
