Push Alert Android like alarm

I need an application with php page where i can send push alerts to our guild members. The reason of this project is because we need it for a guild in an android game, where if you are not using the phone, you can be attacked and your troops killed. so as guild we need an alert application easy to use to our members, basically we need three alerts, 1: General Alarm: that sounds when our entire guild are being attacked. 2: Shield Alarm: that sounds when the shield of an member ends and he are vulnerable 3: attack Alarm: that sounds when the guild member are being attacked, so he need to enter fastly to the game and put shield. the alarm sound need to be different and need to sound as a real alert, so if you are away of the phone you can listen this and run to your phone and enable shield, something as alarm clock. the application: it dont need so much design, just you see a register panel where you put the phone number, nickname1,nickname2(optional),nickname3(optional), and guild. so the admin with token access can enter to the site and send alarm to the guy registered with his phone the app need to have an admin access to send the notifications, also token access per guild registered,,,,,,,,, and allowed guilds, in order to protect the usage of this app in other guilds.
