We are looking for an experienced electronics developer to design a cost-effective fan regulator using a single Triac and the ESP8266 12F controller. The design must exclude capacitors, prioritize noise-free operation, and incorporate minimal components. The target production cost is approximately ₹200 per unit.
Key Requirements:
Single Triac Design: The design must utilize a single Triac as the core component for fan regulation. This is a crucial requirement.
ESP8266 12F Controller: Integration of the ESP8266 12F is required for Wi-Fi capability.
No Capacitors: The design should avoid capacitors and still ensure reliable, noise-free operation.
Noise-Free Performance: The fan regulator should function without any humming or buzzing noises.
Minimal Components: Aim to use as few components as possible to minimize costs and complexity.
Budget Constraint: The total production cost should remain within ₹200 per unit.
Deliverables:
Complete circuit schematic and PCB layout that meets the specifications.
Bill of Materials (BOM) with a detailed cost breakdown, verifying the feasibility within the ₹200 budget.
Prototype testing, ensuring the design operates without noise and without capacitors.

Cost Efficiency: The design must adhere to the budget. If essential costs exceed this, provide a justification and explore alternative options.
Communication: Regular updates are required, and any delays should be communicated promptly.
Warranty Period: A support period of at least 30 days post-delivery for any troubleshooting and minor adjustments is expected.
Payment Terms: Payment will be made upon the successful completion and approval of deliverables, with milestones for the initial prototype and final design.
Deadline: The project is expected to be completed within 30 days from the project start date.
