I am seeking a seasoned Qlik Sense developer to overhaul an existing application designed to analyze sales trends and patterns. The application heavily utilizes product sales data sourced from a Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) system. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of sales data models and experience in creating insightful, interactive dashboards on Qlik Sense. Objectives: Redevelop and enhance the existing Qlik Sense application to provide a more intuitive and interactive user experience. Incorporate advanced analytical features to uncover deeper insights into sales data, with a focus on comparative temporal sales analysis. Key Features Required: Interactive Dashboards: Develop dashboards that allow real-time interaction with data. Ensure the dashboards are user-friendly and provide clear, actionable insights. Advanced Filtering and Drill-Down Functionality: Enable detailed examination of data down to individual product sales. Include robust filtering options to analyze data across various dimensions and timeframes. Implement features to compare sales by location on different bases, such as: Yesterday vs. the same day the previous week. Yesterday vs. the same weekday last year. Week to date vs. last week. Week to date vs. the same week last year. Week to date vs. the same week last year, accounting only for locations open during both periods (like for like).
