Vanshita is very professional and easy to communicate with. She was fast in her delivery and did everything within the budget. However, the quality of the work wasn't good and showed no results for my company. We needed a Google Ads campaign, which was set up, but the keywords weren't researched properly and some of them had nothing to do with our business. We specifically said that we don't offer online services, yet those were offered, and the audience wasn't set properly. Another example is that the CTA buttons were left on "Shop now" instead of "Apply now" and we were advertising courses. I would suggest being more detail-oriented and asking questions or preparing a brief template to get all the info from the customer so that future projects are more successful. Many times it's not about rushing things, but about providing a quality service.
