7 years of progressive experience in the customer service field. My professional history includes positions such as Customer service agent taking care of inbound and outbound calls in a call center providing the most updated information on the case the customer was inquiring about; then the company trusted in me and upgrade my position to a supervisor level 4 years ago. my duties are quite different from a rep level but my position allows me to get a better perspective how to handle a customer
My duties includes but not limited to:

2. Respond i a professional way according with internal policy to complaints, feedback and follow ups on my team THROUGH THE EMAIL.
