I am a dual licensed civil engineer and land surveyor (WI, MI, MN & IL) with extensive design and construction experience. I am a hands-on technical practice leader with first-hand experience leading infrastructure and private development projects from feasibility through completion. As a “Learner” with “Individualization” strengths, my leadership abilities and technical expertise have been obtained incrementally throughout my career. Combined these strengths allow me to build functional teams that can predict, identify, and resolve issues that ordinarily have significant impacts to project quality, delivery schedules, regulatory approvals and construction costs. Subject matter expertise: Land Surveying: boundary law, practical field operations, land divisions, adjustment computations and unmanned aerial mapping; Modern Roundabouts: horizontal design, vertical design and pavement warping, corridor modeling, Oversize/Overweight vehicle accommodations and construction staging; Site Development: land planning; stormwater and utility design, shoreline stabilization and entitlements for retail centers, office buildings, residential subdivisions, apartment complexes and industrial developments.
