I need one freelancer to manage my day to day simple tasks like: - Simple wordpress website and webshop tasks like correcting mistakes in products, adding an extra photo, FAQ items, or putting a blog online. Checking work from other freelancers and aiding them in completing their website tasks. - Leading my team of freelancers and Keeping overview of 4 ecommerce webshops by setting up a project management tool like Trello with all the tasks, who is working on which projects, and being an intermediate between my and those 8-10 freelancers. Supplying them with everything they need to keep working by asking me simple questions and translating those to their necessary project tasks. - Managing various social media channels (other companies are working on them and you manage these people) and maybe do some posts or things here and there. - Administrative tasks like creating overviews, managing CRM, CMS. - Setting up e-mail marketing like newsletters, autonomations, workflows and more for 3 ecommerce shops and different segments. You can always hire a specialist to aid you for specific tasks. - Helping set-up AI support system to stream hundreds of costumer service message a day. Filtering out simple FAQ like questions whose answers are repetitive so the customer service people can focus on the sales side of the operation. - SEO Optimization: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings for the ecommerce webshops. - Product Management: Oversee the addition, categorization, and tagging of new products to ensure the webshop inventory is current and accurate. - Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze regular performance reports for webshops, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures. - Customer Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product/services updates. - A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various website elements and marketing strategies to optimize for better user engagement and conversion rates. - Affiliate Program Management: Set up and manage affiliate marketing programs to expand the ecommerce webshops' reach and drive additional sales. - Bug Tracking: Monitor and document website bugs and issues, coordinating with developers for timely resolution to maintain optimal site performance. The project will require an estimated 10-20 hours of work per week and grow slowly. Not all tasks are from the beginning. You start with all the project management en team management. Please set up Trello with all task assignments and project statuses.
