We are seeking skilled freelancers experienced in cold calling to generate leads for software services and resource augmentation in the US market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and a proven ability to engage with decision-makers effectively.
Responsibilities:
Make 50 connected calls per day to prospects in the US.
Identify and qualify potential leads for our sales team.
Follow up on conversations with personalized emails to nurture prospects.
Maintain accurate call records and update progress in our CRM (HubSpot).
Requirements:
Highly experienced in B2B cold calling, preferably in the software services or IT industry.
Familiarity with US business culture and strong command of English.
Ability to handle objections professionally and steer conversations toward setting up meetings.
Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Daily Calls: Minimum 50 connected calls.
Qualified Meetings Scheduled: 10 per month.
Additional Details:
Calls must be made during US business hours.
We provide the calling platform and access to a database of leads.
This is a remote position with flexible working hours.
