Are you articulate, convincing, and looking for some extra money? We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our real estate team (there are 4 of us). This is a full-time position (40 hours). It may increase to 46-48 depending on season. The ideal candidate will use a triple-line dialer to contact leads (low equity properties and preforeclosures) and qualify them for potential deals. Your primary role will be to engage with property owners, gather information, and identify warm prospects for follow-up by the acquisitions team. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls using a triple-line dialer to contact leads (250-300 a day) Qualify leads by identifying potential sellers interested in discussing or selling their properties. (20-30% conversation rate). Take detailed notes on each call, logging important information into our CRM system (Podio). (10% warm lead conversation based off conversation rate). Collaborate with the data manager to ensure high-quality lead lists and provide feedback on lead quality. Tag warm prospects and pass them to the acquisitions team for further follow-up. Requirements: English B2 or better (will be tested). You need to be articulate. Live around or close to EST (preferred) - sleepy people do not make good sales! Strong communication and persuasion skills - like convincing me to hire you. Close attention to detail - put the word "zebra" somewhere in your message. Experience with cold calling or phone-based sales - it's not for the faint of heart (I did it for years). Familiarity with triple-line dialers (e.g., Mojo, CallTools) and CRM systems (Podio). Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent (how well do you handle the objections thrown at you). Organized and able to take accurate notes during calls - (A bit of multi-tasking). Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with potential for bonuses based on performance (bonuses up to $500USD/successful deal).
