Virtual Assistant for Host & Traveler Support

As our community of hosts and travelers grows, we are in need of a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant / Community Manager. Your primary role will be to provide customer-centric support, manage various communication channels and oversee our social media engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host and Traveler Support:
- Provide timely and professional support to hosts via WhatsApp and Email.
- Assist travelers with inquiries and booking-related issues via Email.
- Respond to support messages on our internal messenger.
- Social Media Management:
- Monitor and respond to messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Schedule and publish daily posts to engage our audience and promote Indy Guide.
- Administrative Support:
- Track and report common issues or frequently asked questions to improve support processes.
- Coordinate with our team to escalate unresolved issues or technical problems.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency with WhatsApp, Email and various social media platforms.
- Previous experience in providing support to both hosts and travelers.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience managing and engaging on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proactive and reliable with administrative support tasks.
