3d lighting/rendering

Hey all, Im looking for a 3d artist to lighting and maybe create some materials for a model (a snowflake) I have made for a personal project Im currently working on. Im working in 3Ds max 2012 so the artist will need to be fluent user in this application, I also require the lighting setup and materials to be using ether mental ray or vray, it doesn't matter what renderer is used as long as the artist can create the lighting and look im after. I consider my self to be a good 3d artist but lighting and rendering is not my strongest area so I feel I need a pro for this. I will provide the model for lighting and basically all I need as the final output is the 3ds max scene file with the lighting set up plus some rendered images of the work, I can take it from there. I have attached some reference images that I like the look of in terms of lighting and look but im also open to having the artist add there own creative flair as well. When biding please provide samples of previous work that is similar to the reference images and that is relevant to the project, I don't want a bunch of Arch Vis renders of houses and apartment blocks thanks.
