Roulette

I need a Document which resembles a Roulette table, where a person can tick which number they wish to bet on, or which section of the roulette wheel they wish to bet on.? This document is to be in MarkSense style so that it can scan into program.? The program should instantly recognise the scanned image as a bet on a roulette game, save the images scanned and print a copy of the persons selections.

When the result of the Roulette spin is entered into the program, ? the program should then settle each bet and calculate each return.? It should then be able to scan the receipt of handed in by customer and bring up the amount payable.? When the customer is paid it should mark the bet as paid.
