VB6 program installation package

I'm at my wits end. I am a new VB programmer and have developed an application that works great on Windows 2000 and XP. It does not work on Win98. I need an installation package preferably using VSI or PDW that will install all of the files necessary for my program to run on Win 95 through Win XP. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional installation package in executable form as well as complete source code, setup and initialization files of all work done. Prefer the package to be from VSI or PDW (am open to other suggestions, though I do not wish to purchase another installation package creator). Must be able to use over and over for updates to the application. Complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 95 through Win XP. The end product (Installation package) will be downloaded from the web and installed on users machines.
