Hi,
We are looking for someone who can create a system with facebook messenger api for send notifications to people who started a chat with our fanpages.
Basically when a user chat us, he automatically ends up in a list; we will then be able to write a bulk message to all users into the list (bulk = one message for all users).
We already created app but it is without database and will definitely make problems when users will become so many (5-6k). Then it's okay for a single list, but we will need multiple lists because we have more than 1 fb page. Obviously each page will have its own list. You can use php, mysql, node.js, we have no preferences.
