Hi) My suggestion is based on one idea. If it isnt good for you then maybe better to choose another freelancer. Still it has benefits - so Ill describe So My idea is to rebuild system based on Google Sheet and not on transmitting Excel file from one partner to another. Google Sheets has these benefits - its online (all participants will have actual version automatically) - it has good access control instruments - it has automation instruments which i can develop for you - not just Formulas (like it is in Excel) but more powerful - scripts + Automations. And we can configure it to do what you need We can discuss how we can improve interface of Google Sheet (we can add som menus etc) for automation and improvement and maybe automatically reports creating for printing in smaller sizes etc. But we need to discuss it all to be sure I understand your needs.
