Ruby on rails patch for Url base path context reference inside application

I'm looking forward a developer that can help me to fix a ruby on rail app and javascripts that include link; I need to add a context on base Url of the app; in details I have my ruby on rails app that work fine on http://<domain name>/ I need to change it with this: http://<domain name>/context for all calls.
basically I need to instruct the application to reference files as /apppname/{file} instead of /{file}. I have an urgency of delivery.
