Instagram Folder / Collection Script

Hi, I am looking for someone to create a script or a chrome plugin that will allow a user to open an Instagram folder URL (also called an Instagram Collection), which contains lots of saved photos and posts, and script will do the following: A - Grid: load all photos in a full width tiled view B - Reorder: user can re-arrange the order by 'drag and drop' and then save that new order to the plugin (obviously it won't save to your Instagram as Instagram won't allow you to control the order) C - Thumbnail Size: user can control the size of the grid / thumbnails Here is a video explaining what I need - [login to view URL] PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS AS YOUR BID WILL BE REMOVED IF YOU DON'T ANSWER THE QUESTIONS 01 - Please explain what technologies you will be using 02 - Please demonstrate some experience in building technology like this I will award more projects to the successful bidder, so please bid sensibly, thank you.
