Key Requirements: Technology Preferences: Website: WordPress e-commerce platform (WooCommerce) for robust performance, fully responsive design, and optimized for speed and performance. Mobile App: Cross-platform mobile application compatible with both Android and iOS. Core Features: Voice Search: Allow users to search for furniture using voice commands to enhance the user experience. One-Click Checkout: Simplify the checkout process to a single-step purchase to increase conversion rates. Marketing and Promotions: Support coupon codes, discounts, and referral reward programs. Enable push notifications, email, and SMS campaigns for promotions and updates. Order Status Updates: Use a logistics management system to provide real-time updates on order status. Showcase order milestones such as Order Placed, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered.
