I'm looking for an experienced recruiter or HR professional to conduct a thorough review of my Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
This is one time and less than one-hour project, unfortunately I can't offer you more than $15 for this project!
Key Review Areas:
- Overall usability of the ATS
- Compliance with recruitment needs
- Functionality, including but not limited to candidate tracking and reporting capabilities
The ideal freelancer would have extensive experience working with ATS systems, with a keen eye for user-interface issues and potential bugs or complications. I'm hoping to improve the overall usability of the system, as well as ensuring it meets the specific recruitment needs of my organization.
