One-Page Customizable Website Templates displayed for purchase in a simple and elegant 1 page site

20 Templates of 1 page websites that allow to book and pay for services offered.
Each Template has to be custom to a particular Business Service Type (i.e Cooking Classes, Skydiving, etc) from a list to provide.
They have to be simple, and easy to change the content and media.
They have to be displayed in one website, where they can be picked and paid for.
This project needs a simple Live form to send the new client for them to fill out a text box for each section of the website template they purchased (and able to upload pictures on each section box too) and submit that back to the freelancer who creates this for us.
Then, the Freelancer needs to receive that form back and be able to customize the template and have the site ready in 2 to 4 hours.
The form must also include fields regarding the Domain to be used (i.e ask if they have their own, and based on that answer, they can transfer it or have us get it for them.
And about their merchant account processor infornation for their payment/checkout, or the options of us setting up a quick stripe account for them.
A second versions of the same form is needed to send 10 days later for them to pupoluate any changes or edits, so the freelancer can turn that around in less than 24 hours.
When this is done, each new client website using this system will pay the Freelancer USD 150, Full amount upfront, before they start customizing the new client's template.
We have a team of US-based Lead Generators and Sales Agents generating between 5 and 7 weekly Sales.
This is an ongoing, long term Freelance opportunity for a European/American Company.
Fee per website increases to USD 200 after 6 months.
We need a fast turn around for this project, as we already a client waitlist. Also, small additional project available for a 1 page available upon initial meeting with Freelancer.
