Build a simple attractive website

The website will be fairly simple to make however it must be graphically attractive & professional.
There will be a home page & then 5 tabs on a menu bar similar to this website [login to view URL] ( I have uploaded the full screenshot in the attachment) - The website must be based off this theme.
The tabs will all be identical to start with to make things easier
Each tab must have a step 1 (share), step 2 (COPY THE MESSAGE, CLICK ON BUTTON
AND PASTE IT ON ALL PAGES...), step 3 (click on the like button). After you have clicked on the like button, you will then be allowed to click the next button at the bottom of the page which will take you to another page. This is the only hard part of the website, allowing the user to only proceed onto the next page after clicking the 'like' button which is the 3rd step so they've liked our Facebook. If they completed step 1 & step 2 but didn't complete step 3 then they shouldn't be allowed to proceed on the next page!
