I need a tshirt designed for my job. I work in an operating room. The front of the shirt should have the UNC Hospital logo in the upper right corner. The logo is attached. The back of shirt design is made out of surgical instruments into the letters NC. I have attached a sketch of the design that I want. I need this sketch graphic designed. I would like a mockup of the design on a tshirt (front and back). Also, this has to be a VECTOR so it can be scaled to size. I need this design in a PSD file with ability to edit the layers. This design will be put on a black shirt. I would like the front design in Carolina blue. The back design to be Carolina blue with white outline. Above the design I would like the words "University of North Carolina Hospital". Under the design I would like the words "Operating Room". Arch the words around the design.
