We are a building company looking for a professional who can assist with updating both the content and design of our existing brochures and flyers. The updates need to adhere to our branding guidelines, which I can provide. The current files are in Adobe InDesign and/or Illustrator, so proficiency in this software is essential. Moving forward someone experienced with Marketing and Branding would be valuable, as there is scope for the professional to work on our material on an ongoing, long term basis. Various books of 200+ pages require updating, which will include minor design changes, as well as updates to text and image. A large number of brochures also require updating. Selected professional will need to handle tasks in an efficient matter. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Graphic design expertise, particularly in Adobe InDesign & Illustrator. - Excellent copywriting skills for content updates - Attention to detail will be of the utmost importance, due to the nature of the flyer/brochure/book contents. - Strong understanding of branding and ability to follow guidelines - Proven experience in designing brochures and flyers - Experience in marketing would be beneficial but not necessarily required. I have included a screen capture from one of our books that require updating. There are 4 books that are all similar, but have subtle changes so care will need to be taken to ensure the correct floor plans and images are being used. There will be some minor design changes, some images will be removed in exchange for icons, and the floor plan will often change completely, or be made larger. There are approximately 200-220 pages per book, with some minor design layout changes for two storey homes vs one storey homes. Do to copyright, we would prefer not to share the items requiring updating on this description. Please contact for additional details. Note: We are happy to amend our budget if a candidate is able to provide us with an idea of the number of hours that may be required to complete this project. The budget we have allowed for is not for all 4 books.
