Live Action Flash Video Design

I'mI would like a flash movie of the St. Louis City skyline. Have the St. Louis Arch in bright blue lighted up. I would also love to have Enterprise Center lighted up and on the room flashing. Let's go Blues. I would love an animated flashing over and over all the Blues logos and the NHL logo down on the ri8ght-hand bottom side flashing well. Could you please add a commercial airline flying across the sky over and over again. I would love the colors blue and yellow and white for the texts. I also would love to play the song "Oh when the Blues go marching " looped over and over again. I also what full credit of the design when finished. I'll supply the pictures and song for the background. Thanks so much for your talented work. I sincerely appreciate it. Also, have the Enterprise Center lighted up and a red blinking light on top of the Arch blinking. Is it possible to make lighted bolts behind the city?
