We require someone to assist with social media management - setting up accounts, curating posts , scheduling via hootsuite or similar and responding to these, also playing a key role in building online presence and followers. We also require this person to write and upload content onto our wordpress sites ( around 4); these are built using elementor and do not require a website designer instead, someone comfortable with uploading content, making it look great, and improving the overall user experience must be computer savvy. We are an Australian business therefore it is imperative that the freelancer is available during Australian hours with a preference for 3 hours per day across Monday to Friday - 9am- 12pm, therefore 15 hours per week - ideally we see this as an ongoing / longer term engagement hours may increase over time. There is also an administrative component to the role responding to emails and enquiries with customers. Marketing experience to an Australian audience highly valued. We do not want any web design / IT / SEO freelancers apply. When submitting a proposal, please include samples of social media posts and campaigns, including written EDMS and websites you have managed. Additionally and audio sample file- sample : Thank you for contacting us in relation to our upcoming event , how can we assist. This is also very important as we require comfort in how you may communicate with our customer. this is a very broad scope so need someone flexible and adaptable. summarising this is social media management, website updating, administrative tasks, managing EDMS and campaigns, experience sending EDM campaigns through platforms like mail chimp and vision 6 is very valuable.
