Unique Membership Program Database Development

Hi, I have a very unique program that requires skilled developers to make a database, but it is more, there is a product and when members join, they get their personal link to login, it requires only a one-time out-of-pocket purchase + 3 sales, that's it... for LIFE! Having said this, do not get it confused with just another "MLM" program, as there is nothing remotely similar that exists anywhere, as it has taken me literally YEARS of perfecting it with conditions, calculations, formulas and special features to make it work like nothing on the planet! One small part of its uniqueness is that after joining, members are locked into the system on 'autopilot', which will generate money for them FOREVER! The system is comprised of 5 programs, 1 paying 7 levels deep x 4 phases wide, the other 4 programs pay only 1 level, to INFINITY levels (never ending), PERPETUALLY; with 60 SOURCES of INCOME! That's right, 60!

And there is much more, so if you are thinking this is just 'hype' like 99.9% of programs that over-inflate but always under-deliver, mine is actually the opposite, it is much understated but it will surely OVER-DELIVER, as there is much more to this program than I can put on paper.

But just as a small preview of this exceptional program, I will elaborate on just one of the main features of the 4 infinity programs, I will liken it to something that up until now is only a fantasy, which is imagine having your own money-tree planted in your garden and it sprouts money forever? Well this IT! In this program you will have exactly that, only you will have VIRTUAL money trees (that's right, plural), with actual little money-tree icons! What I am holding in my hands has taken 20 years of my life to perfect it to the hilt. So I can safely say with certainty that this is a one-of-a-kind program, and confirmed by other developers that it is.

Having said that however, I have been through 6+ developers over the past 20 years, and NOBODY DELIVERED it complete! Others tried to STEAL it and others half finished it and others were just plain INCOMPETENT! At one point it was almost completed with testing done and all, whereby the developers were blown away by the results (I have the screenshots)! But ironically, precisely because of that testing we had a fall-out as they wanted part of it and I refused. So it went in limbo for 4 years. But now I am with some Indian developers and again am obviously not happy, as they have delivered nothing in 9 months!

That's why I am here writing this, as I am as frustrated as HELL! Because 20+ years of my life have already been wasted because of incompetent developers! Therefore, at this point I am not prepared to pay anybody until all is completed, or that I see progress, a functioning program and ready to launch; or at least pay in small increments (only when I see progress), as I see each part of the work being done and handed over to me and my colleague.
