I've recently installed Internet Information Server (IIS) on my Windows 11 and am facing issues with an old IIS extension I've written. The extension is a 32-bit DLL created using Visual Studio 6.0.

I'm experiencing the following issues:

- The browser (Chrome) is blocking the download of the DLL.

- I have modified handler mappings in my IIS configuration but it hasn't resolved the issue.

I need an expert who can remotely access my PC and assist me as I talk on the phone. Ideally, you should have experience with IIS, DLL execution, and handling browser security settings.

Only verbal confirmation on the steps taken to resolve the issue will be provided.
