Key Responsibilities:
- Design an AC inverter suitable for industrial machinery
- Design components using FBGA
- Test and validate the performance of AC inverter components

- Ensure that the inverter design meets all safety compliance standards
- Create prototypes and iterate on designs based on test feedback
- Implement efficient power management systems within the inverter
- Optimize thermal management within the inverter design
- Conduct failure analysis to troubleshoot and resolve design issues
- Maintain cost-efficiency while ensuring high-performance standards
- Document all engineering processes and design iterations
- Collaborate with manufacturing and software teams for integrated design solutions

- Proficient in designing AC inverters
- Extensive experience with FBGA
- Knowledgeable about industrial machinery requirements
- Able to apply innovative solutions to design challenges
The AC inverter should support a power capacity output of up to 10kW. The AC inverter design must adhere to IEC 61439 standards. The expected timeline for this project is 3 months. The AC inverter should support Modbus communication protocol. The AC inverter will be used in manufacturing machinery applications. The AC inverter should have a NEMA 4X-rated enclosure. The priority is to enhance the performance and reliability of the AC inverter. Include in-depth design schematics, user manuals, and detailed testing protocols. The AC inverter must operate reliably in dusty environments. Client prefers full involvement in the testing and validation phase.
