Long term software developer for C# / C++ or Delphi

Hello, I am looking for help to develop software I created some years ago. I need some more simple functions for it. Also we could consider if we convert it from Delphi to C#/C++, Delphi is maybe too "old" language or is it? See attached files. Sources I will send after we have been talking. Use google and name of software, you will find what it is used for. Pls place comments and lets talk more.
