I'm in need of a talented illustrator for a book of children's nursery rhymes. The desired style is a nostalgic, retro illustration, possibly akin to the "Cuphead" video game. Key Requirements: - Emphasis on Characters and Color: The illustrations should primarily focus on the characters, bringing them to life in a vibrant and engaging way. But using a thoughtfully and minimally curated color palate, limited to black, white, gray and 1-2 other colors, and then shades of those colors. (For example, one nursery rhyme might utilize shades of both light and dark mintish gray, black, white and pops of metallic gold.) - Evoking a Playful, Dreamlike and Nostalgic Mood: The illustrations should encapsulate a playful spirit, whilst also evoking a sense of dreamlike nostalgia. - Cartoonish but with a Retro Twist: The style should be cartoonish, yet distinctly retro, appealing to both children and adults.
